June 2026 Newsletter
Celebrating Immigrant Heritage Month
June is National Immigrant Heritage Month, a time to recognize the stories, contributions, and resilience of immigrants who help strengthen communities across the United States.
At Foster Immigration, we are honored to be part of those journeys every day. Whether helping employers build a global workforce, guiding families through the immigration process, or celebrating clients as they become U.S. citizens, we remain committed to providing trusted legal guidance every step of the way.
As we celebrate Immigrant Heritage Month, we're pleased to share important immigration updates, highlights from our team, and resources to help you stay informed.
Note from the Attorney
Federal Court Strikes Down USCIS Processing Freeze for Applicants from 39 Countries
A federal judge ruled that USCIS cannot pause adjudication of green cards, work permits, asylum applications, and naturalization applications simply because an applicant is from one of the designated countries.
USCIS has stated it will comply with the court order while litigation continues.
The underlying travel restrictions may still exist, but USCIS must continue processing applications.
